We offer a 30-day return policy on all of our products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.


If you received a defective or damaged product, we will happily exchange it for a new one. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the defect or damage.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
